Raquel Lavender is originally from Venezuela and has lived in the USA since 1987. She has been involved in the Real Estate Business since 2001.
Since she obtained her licensed, she has completed several course requirements and has been accredited with various designation that are Nationally and Internationally recognized in the industry. Among those are: Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR), Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR), Affordable Housing Specialist (AHS), Certified New Home Sales Professional(CSP), Certified Residential Specialist )CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute(GRI), Certified International Properties Specialist(CIPS), Certified Foreing Investor Specialist(CFIS), Transnational Referal Certification (TRC) and Global Properties Specialist (GPS). She has also obtained her Certification in International Business of the Atlanta World Trade Center as well as The Grassroots Leadership Institute from the University Of Georgia, Clayton County Extension Office.
Raquel, loves her business and is a member of several REALTOR and general business and community organizations and Associations, like, National Association of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, Metro South Association of REALTORS, former member of the International Real Estate Council of Georgia, Current member of Women's Council of REALTORS, Active Member and 2018 President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals NAHREP Atlanta Chapter. She is currently a volunteer Advisory Board Member for the Salvation Army. Founder of the DREAM BIG Sport and Art Scholarships.
She is fluent in English/Spanish and is passionate about her work with the international market and clients.
